"The emails were just a lot"
I ordered from sabina.com once and then... the emails just didn’t stop. Offers, reminders, more offers. Some days it felt like there was something from them every day. I tried unsubscribing too, but I still kept getting emails for a while after that. Maybe some people don’t mind it, but for me it was just too much. Kind of put me off shopping there again.

"Felt like the choices were way too limited"
I was disappointed because I couldn’t find most of the brands I normally buy. It felt like they were steering people toward only certain products, because the selection was so limited. I ended up leaving without half the stuff I needed.

"Click and collect gone wrong"
Tried click and collect. Thought it’d be quick. Nope. Staff didn’t seem to know where my order was. One person told me to wait for a message. Another said it had already arrived. But then they couldn’t find it. Lost my whole lunch break and left with nothing. Frustrating...

"Felt brushed off over a simple question"
I stopped by the Sabina store while I was on holiday, it was disappointing. I just asked a basic question about a perfume tester, but the staff member gave me a really short, unfriendly answer, like I was annoying them by even asking.

The prices weren’t impressive enough to make up for it, and the queue was moving so slowly that I gave up. I ended up leaving without buying anything because the whole visit just felt uncomfortable and not worth it.

I tried to update some stuff on my account and it was way more frustrating than it should’ve been. The settings weren’t clear, and I kept feeling like I was being pointed one way but then ending up somewhere else. It took way too long to find what I needed, and the whole thing just left me feeling misled and annoyed.

"Customer service never got back to me"
I ordered something from sabina.com and had a quick question about the delivery, nothing major, just wanted to check what was going on. I sent them a message and then basically waited around for days with no proper reply.

I tried again after that, but still didn’t get anything helpful back. Maybe there was some issue on their end or I missed something, I don’t know, but it was frustrating when I just needed a simple answer. Not sure I’d order again if getting support is this slow.

I ordered from sabina.com the packaging was bad. The box was thin, half crushed when it got to me, and there was barely any padding inside. One of the products had leaked a little, so everything looked messy when I opened it. For what I paid, I expected the order to be packed properly. Having stuff arrive like that is just unnecessary. I don’t think I’ll be ordering again if this is how they ship things

"Frustrating site to shop on"
I really wanted to just browse and buy something, but the website made it way harder than it needed to be. Pages were slow to load and sometimes, while I was looking through products, it would suddenly jump back to the top, which got annoying fast. The filters were confusing too, I picked a size and then, somehow, I was still seeing tons of items that weren’t even available in that size. Checkout was the part that made me quit. It kept asking me to log in again, then I had to retype details, and at that point I just gave up...

"Didn't really feel like the best deal"
I was a bit underwhelmed by sabina.com. I checked a few perfumes and skincare products, and most of them seemed cheaper on other sites, even before any discounts were added. Then the shipping cost kind of made it feel even less worth it, like the prices weren’t quite as competitive as they appear at first glance. Maybe they do have good deals sometimes, but when I looked, it just didn’t feel like the best place to buy from. I ended up ordering elsewhere and probably wouldn’t make it my first choice next time

I ordered two items that were shown as in stock, but a few days later I got an email saying they actually didn’t have them. Frustrating, especially because I needed them soon. The site really should show accurate stock and not let people buy things they can’t ship.

I ordered because it showed there would be free gifts included, but umm, nothing came with my package. When I contacted support, they just said it was while stocks last. Disappointing, and I don’t think I’ll be ordering again.

"Loyalty program isn’t really worth it"
I signed up for the sabina loyalty program thinking it would come with some decent perks, but it’s been underwhelming. The points take forever to build up, and when you finally look at the rewards, they don’t really feel like much.
The rules are also kind of unclear, so you end up finding out later that you can’t use certain benefits the way you thought you could. It feels less like a genuine thank-you and more like a way to keep you spending. Not really impressed.

"Felt stuck after the product info turned out to be wrong"
I ordered from sabina.com because the product page showed a specific size and details, but when it arrived, it wasn’t what was listed at all. When I contacted customer service, they basically just told me to return it, which was frustrating because I only bought it based on the information they provided. It kind of felt like I was trapped dealing with their mistake and wasting my own time to fix it. They really need to double-check their product descriptions before people order

My perfume arrived with the box completely smashed, and the bottle looked like it had been used before. For what they charge, that’s really disappointing. It kind of feels like they care more about getting the money than making sure customers actually receive a quality product. I won’t be ordering again.

"Didn’t feel right at checkout"
I got all the way to the payment step and then just stopped. The page was acting kind of weird, and I don’t know, it made me second-guess putting my card info in. I usually look for some kind of trust signal or something that feels secure, and I wasn’t really seeing that. Maybe it was fine, maybe not, but it just wasn’t worth the risk for me.

"Not happy with the delivery cost"
In the end, I just wasn’t happy with how much the delivery cost. I was expecting shipping to be more reasonable, but it ended up being higher than I thought, which was disappointing.
